Your energy cleanse is completed remotely, so you don’t need to be online or present. Before the session, you can share anything you want me to focus on, whether it’s personal energy, fertility, emotional release, protection or your home.

During the cleanse, I work through any heavy, blocked or stagnant areas in your energy and clear what no longer belongs to you. Every session is different and guided by what shows up for you in the moment.

Everyone experiences energy work differently. Some people feel noticeable shifts straight away, while others feel changes more gradually over the next few days. There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to respond.

You may feel:
• lighter or more clear in your mind and body
• a sense of calm, relief or emotional release
• warmth, tingles or pressure around certain areas
• a lift in motivation or mood
• clearer thinking or a stronger sense of direction
• more relaxed or grounded
• a feeling of space or openness after something heavy has lifted

Some people also notice small physical shifts like sighing, yawning or feeling tired afterwards as the body resets.

You may also feel very little in the moment, and that is completely normal. Many people don’t feel anything dramatic during the cleanse itself but notice subtle changes over the next 24–72 hours, such as improved mood, better sleep or a sense of clarity.

A cleanse isn’t meant to overwhelm or force anything energetically. It works gently in the background, and you will receive whatever your energy is ready to release or shift at that time.
