    During the cleanse, I work through any heavy, blocked or stagnant areas in your energy and clear what no longer belongs to you. Every session is different and guided by what shows up for you in the moment.

    Everyone experiences energy work differently. Some people feel noticeable shifts straight away, while others feel changes more gradually over the next few days. There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to respond.
