By purchasing a service with Crystal Aroma, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy and understand that results, timing and interpretations can vary from person to person.

We take all payments securely via PayPal, Gift Card, Credit Card and we are happy to announce that we support AfterPay payments as well!

We offer both standard and priority turnaround options for our services and orders.
Customers can select either our approximate 14 business day turnaround or our approximate 2 business day turnaround at checkout, depending on availability and urgency. Please ensure you select the preferred option before completing your purchase.

Please note that all turnaround times are estimates only and may occasionally vary during peak periods, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Turnaround times refer to processing and completion timeframes and do not include postal delivery times where applicable.
